The Job
- Responsible for application development of large-scale application development and maintenance projects
The Person
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an IT profession
- Possess technical knowledge of VB or VB .Net technology, Oracle, PL/SQL
- Knowledge and experience in Java web application development is a definite advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
- Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
The Job
- General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops and Desktops
- Identification, prioritization, resolution/fulfilment of End User incidents
- Coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming End User inquiries
- Update Inventory records and create reports
- Implement standard operating procedures and End User service guidelines
- Respond to, and completes End User requests for services
- Provide technical support to internal desktop systems
- Perform OS installations, upgrades and backups
- Provide technical support to internal application
The Person
- Higher Diploma or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronic / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Two years or above of Desk side support experience
- Experience with operating system image builds, software installation and update, laptop / desktop deployment, device encryption, and network infrastructure (firewall, telephony) troubleshooting is preferred
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of technical personnel, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Knowledgeable in Office 365, basic network and server infrastructure is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
