The Software Development Graduate Programme combines expert training and support programmes with professional experience working as an FDM Consultant with our leading clients. Once on-site, you will help to create new and innovative digital experiences spanning a wide range of sectors. As a Software Development Consultant, you will be key to delivering technology solutions. This is an exciting role where you will collaborate with numerous stakeholders throughout the business while gathering requirements, analysing user needs and designing as well as developing software solutions.

Technical Business Analyst roles often involve access to business areas in major financial institutions, working on sensitive information and high-profile projects and gaining first-hand exposure to the trade lifecycle. This role is crucial in helping organisations with the accuracy and timely presentation of data, in line with internal process, governance and regulatory requirements. These opportunities are perfect for those who are team players with strong analytical skills and an aptitude for fast learning.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will enjoy uncovering trends and analysing data to make information-based decisions. To support the Hong Kong community in developing an interest in technology, FDM will periodically organise a Tech Week. FDM Tech Week consists of consecutive virtual tech training sessions to help students across APAC learn more about technology and the many opportunities available within the tech industry. Activities may include: learn your first coding language, build your first website and show you how powerful data, robotics and AI can be.
