Written Requests for Information of the Digital Policy Office

Chief Executive Officer (Administration) is designated as the Access to Information Officer of the Digital Policy Office (DPO) who is responsible for promoting and overseeing the application of the Code.

Written requests for information held by the DPO should be addressed to Access to Information Officer and send to the following address by post or email:

For effective and timely delivery of mails, all senders are required to ensure that their posted mail item affixed with sufficient postage. Mail items bearing insufficient postage will not be received by us and will be handled by the Hongkong Post in accordance with the Post Office Ordinance.

Requests may be made by letter or by application form.

The application form is available at the following Reception Counters of the DPO or at all District Offices :

  • 14/F Treasury Building, No. 3 Tonkin Street West;
  • 19/F Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East;
  • 6/F North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road; or
  • 6/F Cyberport 1, 100 Cyberport Road.

The following photocopying charge may be levied in relation to your application :

Service Charge (Effective from 14.11.2022)
Photocopying black and white on A3 or A4 size paper
 
A4 size paper at $1.4 per copy ; and A3 size paper at $1.6 per copy unless otherwise provided by enactment or approved by the Secretary for the Treasury.

The above charge is subject to revision from time to time.
