Enhancement of Government Services
The Government is continuously striving to make government services more efficient, user-friendly, and responsive to the needs of the business sectors and the general public.
Driving Digital Transformation of Government Services
The Digital Policy Office works together with bureaux/departments (B/Ds) in improving government services through the “Be the Smart Regulator” and “Streamlining of Government Services” Programmes.
With the B/Ds reaching the Policy Addess (PA) targets on full digitalisation of government services, our upcoming target will be moving towards enhancing accessibility and user-friendliness of digital government services.
