Performance Pledges
The Digital Policy Office provides a diagnostic service in which the operations of individual departments are studied and appropriate IT solutions are developed and applied.
We pledge to adhere to
- for most services - 95% within the targets normally expressed in terms of maximum turnaround time in working days
- for consultancy, design or implementation services - targets are defined in work plans which contain work schedules, the timing and the level of client input
- for on-going services - targets for each service are defined in service level documents agreed with the clients
The extent to which our pledge is met :
- All the performance targets of the then OGCIO and the then Efficiency Office were met in year 2023.
Monitoring of Our Pledge
- The performance targets are monitored regularly. Targets are reported in the Controlling Officer’s Report of the then OGCIO and Controlling Officer’s Report of ITIB (Programme (3): Efficiency Office).
