@DH Mobile Apps

Business Facilitation Digital Government

The Department of Health (DH) has launched a mobile application “@DH”, which serves as a central digital gateway to its services. The app provides the public, businesses and professionals with convenient mobile access to a range of e-resources, e-services and regulatory compliance tools.

In August 2024, DH introduced new features on “@DH” to support businesses and the public:

Streamlined Access to DH Information and e-Services

With “@DH”, users can quickly access:

  • Electronic application forms
  • Links to DH service units
  • Public health programmes and resources, such as:
    • Digital Herbarium for Chinese Medicines
    • Medical Device Safety Alerts and Communications
    • Private Healthcare Facilities Register
This direct gateway empowers users to engage with DH conveniently and efficiently.

Licence Authentication Made Easy

The innovative Licence Scanner in “@DH” allows users to verify licences and certificates recognised by DH. This encompasses a broad range of business entities, including pharmacies, private healthcare facilities, Chinese medicine manufacturers and traders, etc. By simply scanning QR code labels displayed at premises or printed on licences/certificates, users can instantly verify validity of their licences and obtain details about each premises, such as address, contact details, and licence status (i.e. valid, suspended or revoked). This comprehensive feature enhances user convenience and ensures transparency and trust in the services provided by these establishments. The Licence Scanner is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring that consumers and professionals can easily navigate and utilise its functionalities.

Stay Informed with Real-time Updates

“@DH” keeps users informed and compliant by providing push notifications on important public health updates and DH departmental activities. With “@DH”, users can access essential health resources on-the-go, promoting convenience, transparency and trust.
